This Disclaimer is an integral part of the Terms of Service and must be read together with them.

1. Informational and analytical nature

Verdiktum is an informational, analytical and journalistic platform. All Content — analyses, verdicts, accuracy assessments and summaries — is published for informational, educational and public-debate purposes only and represents good-faith opinion and analytical commentary in the public interest.

2. No professional advice

Content does not constitute, and must not be treated as: investment or financial advice or any recommendation under capital-markets law; legal or tax advice; medical, health or psychological advice; or any other professional advice. Do not rely on Content for financial, legal, health or life decisions. Always consult an appropriately licensed professional. You use the Content at your own risk.

3. Predictions and forecasts

The Service analyses predictions, forecasts and claims about the future. By their nature, there is no reliable method of predicting the future. Predictions shown are statements of their authors and are presented for informational, cultural and entertainment purposes. Publication does not imply that we consider a prediction true or likely to occur.

4. AI-generated content

Some Content is generated or co-produced by AI systems. Verdicts and assessments (e.g. "claim not borne out", "unverified") express the Service's opinion and analytical assessment based on cited available sources, not a categorical assertion of anyone's dishonesty or bad faith. Where we state facts, we cite sources; where we assess, it is commentary protected by freedom of expression and the right to criticise.

6. Persons we analyse

Verdiktum addresses the public statements of public figures and historical sources. The analysis concerns public statements and public activity, not private life. The Service is not affiliated with or authorised by these persons, who may use the Right of Reply.

7. External links and sources

The Service may link to third-party content (e.g. source recordings). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The liability limitations in the Terms of Service (section 9) apply, subject to mandatory Consumer rights.
